Marcus restaurant welcomes you to 1440 rue de la Montagne. The result of a collaboration between renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson and the Four Seasons Montreal Hotel, Marcus Restaurant intends to reinvent the concept of traditional brewing through a unique culinary perspective.
The menu is in line with the dishes for which Chef Samuelsson is renowned, and reflects his culinary career, from his Ethiopian roots to his Swedish childhood, to his New York life. "I have long been attracted to Montreal's sophisticated and festive sensibility," says Chief Samuelsson. His global strength and European flair are closely linked to my own career path. Working closely with local farmers and producers, Marcus will focus on sustainable seafood, as well as locally grown plants, greens and grains. The restaurant has a large heated all-season terrace, where guests can enjoy panoramic views for their dinner.
