The restaurant is definitely a place to try during your visit to Downtown or for any occasion to celebrate.

The restaurant offers thoughtful recipes by the house and gracefully executed by the kitchen. In Biirū menu you will find, dishes with Japanese influences which remain substantially the same, and some additions are made over time: ramen in winter salads raw fish in the summer, etc. It has a special heart for the Chirashi Zushi, sashimi salmon, eel, tamago and rice; dumplings and yakitori are also to try. Salads of the house are also very refreshing.

There are a few white and red wines but the house specialty drink is level at cocktails created by mixologist Lawrence Picard. The owner Yann highly recommend the "Abokado" avocado cocktail, cachaca, lime & yuzu, simple syrup and egg white and the "Mohito" Japanese home to Lichy, shiso and elderberry.
