The CINEMANIA Film Festival is a French-language film festival founded in 1995 and held in Montreal. It is the only event dedicated to French-language cinema of this scale in Canada. Every year, for 11 days, more than 50 films are screened in their original version with English subtitles. These films come from the most important international festivals (Cannes Film Festival, TIFF, Berlinale, etc.) and are sometimes presented in international, North American, Canadian or Quebec premieres. The event attracted more than 29,000 spectators.

A new feature this year for CINEMANIA's 25th anniversary: four virtual reality films will be presented free of charge during the festival.

The two locations in downtown Montreal:

Imperial Cinema
Cinéma du musée
